Responsibilities
- Prepare cold and hot dishes.
- Prepare mother sauces and their derivatives.
- Prepare your workstation.
- Peel, cut and portion vegetables, meat and fish for the preparation of dishes.
- Place orders with the chef for menu products.
- Clean and organize your work area.
- Manage and control the cooking of food.
- Plate presentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in à la carte cooking.
- Ability to follow all sanitary procedures.
- Experience using cutting tools, kitchen utensils, an oven, a griddle and a stove.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
- Food handling certificate.
- Fluent communication

Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising, coordinating and optimizing electrical maintenance operations at both the technical and strategic levels within the company, together with the team of electricians and Generation Operators.
- Assist the maintenance manager and stand in for the manager when necessary.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Prepare work schedules.
- Supervise the management of the resources and materials needed for daily tasks.
- Monitor and prepare reports on performance and progress of projects and identified issues.
- Propose improvements to maintenance processes and participate in infrastructure improvement or new system projects.
- Comply with established labor standards and quality controls.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Support the identification and resolution of equipment faults.
- Manage unexpected failures effectively.
- Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage good relationships and communication with the other departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electricity and general maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical controls and motors.
- Industrial Electricity (Electrical Generators, Transformers, etc.)
- Ability to organize, direct and control preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Intermediate spoken and written English (preferred).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Leadership.
- Adaptability to change.
