Requirements

• Minimum age: 6 years.
• Minimum height: 114 cm (45 inches).
• Maximum weight: 136 kg (300 lb).
• One participating adult (over 18 years old) is required for each child under 11.
• Participants must be able to safely climb ladders to enter and exit the interaction area.

Restrictions

This experience is not recommended for:
• Pregnant guests.
• Guests with back, neck or knee conditions.
• Guests with casts, walking boots or prosthetics.
• Wheelchair or scooter users.
• Guests with visual, physical, intellectual or psychosocial disabilities.

Important Information

• Showering before the interaction is required.
• Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and credit/debit card (cash is not accepted).
• Personal cameras, phones, GoPros and electronic devices are not permitted during the interaction.
• Food and beverages are not allowed in the interaction area.
• Service animals are not permitted.
• Participants must be able to board transportation vehicles without assistance.
